Books I Recommend - 1

1-) Of Mice and Men - John Steinbeck

In the book, the author talks about 2 friends who are committed to their dreams. The ending is sad but a must read book.

2-) Hamlet - William Shakespeare
I am sure that Hamlet's thoughts will impress you greatly.You won't be able to get out of the book's influence for a long time.

3-) A Tale of Two Cities - Charles Dickens

The author wrote the French Revolution in the book. After reading this book, I understood some things more clearly. I understood people's political thoughts better. I've seen what people can do for their thoughts.

4-) Lord of the Flies: Novel Guide - William Golding

The characters in the book are children. but they are more cruel than adults.I think the book is a bit boring. After reading it you understand the formation of hierarchy and society.

5-) Fahrenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury

Reading is forbidden in this world. A firefighter tasked with burning books begins to question why the books were banned.When he realizes why, he finds himself in another group of people.

It's been a very long blog. So I want to split it in two. I will write the rest later.

Yesterday I finished a book called "Blindness". The book is so impressive that I still think about it. The author is incredibly critical of the system. The book begins with a man suddenly shouting "I've gone blind" in traffic. The man has been blind, but this blindness is different from the others.The man begins to see white everywhere. The author writes in the book, "It's like falling into a pool of milk."  This blindness spreads to everyone.The government finds the solution to this disease, which infects many people, by sending people to a mental hospital building.There is one person among these people, and the whole story is based on her. She is the only one who sees among the blind.  The author did not write the name of any character in his book. He introduced the characters with certain features. I've been planning to do a big book shopping for the last month. Of course, I know which books to buy in my mind, but this event is still very complicated. ...  5-) One Hundred Years of Solitude - Gabriel García Márquez   This book is the first latin literature book I have read.There are so many names in it. I was very confused while reading it. But the family tree at the beginning of the book was very helpful.The author mixed fantasy with reality. I thought of fantasies as real while reading the book. As if there was nothing wrong. It was the end of the book that impressed me the most.The grandchild born centuries later revealed all the secrets and the life of the whole village changed. 6-) Kusamakura - Natsume Sōseki In the book, the author wrote about the journey of an artist who is looking for himself to the mountains. The main character experienced philosophical events in the villages. As a result of these events, he thought a lot about himself and questioned everything.
